Description:
The giveaway will feature a variety of items and will run through the month of December 2020. The first item will be the She-Birdie personal alarm giveaway which will run Dec. 6-9, 2020. 

The giveaway is not sponsored by a company or any social media platform. It's being organized by Cathy Pedrayes in the spirit of celebrating the holidays.
 

Eligibility: 
The Mom Friend (sponsor) “Holiday Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open only to those who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants MUST be a resident of the continental United States Of America. Residents of Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for this contest. Any entries from non-US citizens will be disqualified. Participation in this Contest constitutes Entrant’s (defined below) full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules and its exercise of discretion, which will be final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law.  You must have a valid email address to enter.
 

How to enter:
Submit the form above and follow @CathyPedrayes on TikTok and/or Instagram. 

Winner selection & notification:
The winner will be notified via email within 48 hrs. after the giveaway timeframe has closed. 

The Prize cannot be converted into a cash prize. Prize must be accepted as awarded. There is no cash or credit redemption for the prize.
 

Privacy:
By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Cathy Pedrayes permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list.
 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this giveaway; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the giveaway; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the giveaway.

An Instagram or TikTok account is required to enter.  By participating participants are also subject to Instagram’s and/or TikTok's data policy and terms of use.
 

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, modify or terminate the Contest. Further, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be (a) submitting more than one entry form with the same address; (b) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or any Sponsor; (c) violating the Official Rules; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Released Parties are not responsible for any changes or unavailability of the entry platform that may interfere with the Contest (including any limitations, any restrictions, or any conditions on Sponsor’s ability to use the platform for the Contest as set forth herein that are not acceptable to Sponsor) or ability of Entrant to timely enter, receive notices or communicate with Sponsor, in which case Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may terminate or modify the Contest.

The Released Parties are not responsible for the actions of Entrants in connection with the Contest, including Entrants’ attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Contest, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage may be disqualified. Additionally, any attempt to cheat the Contest, as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor, may result in immediate disqualification of the Entrant, as well as other possible consequences, including disqualification from any and all existing and future Contest. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE (INCLUDING THE CONTEST WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES) OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ALL LEGAL AND EQUITABLE REMEDIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify (or terminate the prize of) any individual who is found to be, or suspected of, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike, obscene, immoral or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
